The firm was first established in 2024 by Venessa Pillay. After obtaining her LLB from the University of South Africa in 2017, Venessa knew early on in her career that she wanted to pave her own path within the industry. After completing her articles and her Practical Law Training (LSSA) she then went on to become an admitted attorney of the High Court in 2019, where she practiced various fields of law. With her 6+ years post admission experience, coupled with her various qualifications, she established Venessa Pillay Attorneys-with the aim to ensure that her clients receive tailored and superior legal solutions. Venessa is also a member of the Legal Practice Council and a labour law specialist.
